Transcript Requests

Transcripts for former students can be ordered by emailing the following information:


1. Your first and last name (also put add your last name when you were a student if different)

2. Your birthdate

3. What year you graduated

4. How many copies you need

5. Whether you will pick up your transcript or want to have it mailed.

  • If picked up, note that our office is open from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday
  • If mailed, please put the full address where the transcript should be mailed.  
  • Be sure to include any additional needed information, such as a specific person or department (like Admissions).
